Issue: When installing emPath 6.4 it is possible to receive an error indicating vjredist is not installed. This can appear even though vjredist is installed.
Solution: It is possible the installed copy of vjredist is an old version. An easy fix is to install Microsoft Visual J# v2.0 delivered by with emPath.
