Request: A client asked for assistance in porting a 6.3 custom to emPath 6.4 in which their logo appears on the emPath 6.4 portal page.

Solution: A minor custom allows the client to use a web portal page which appears as follows:

Note that the steps to implement this custom are different in emPath version 6.4 than they were with emPath version 6.3
